ZAITOUN: LUNCH WITH YASMIN KHAN (Wed)
The rich and varied cuisine of Palestine informs a bespoke menu designed by British cook and author Yasmin Khan from her book Zaitoun: Recipes from the Palestinian Kitchen, served at Yael Shochat’s central Auckland eatery and institution Ima. Khan, who counts Yotam Ottolenghi and Nigella Lawson among her fans, is also the author of The Saffron Tales: Recipes from the Persian Kitchen. Join her for a culinary and cultural feast. One glass of wine complimentary.
